Would an AR be able to make it dusk all the time but retain the flow of time?

Cuz it would be epic if it could.

that may involve Palette hacking, which I have no idea about where it's stored in the Cartridge's ROM anyways (in fact, I never used Action Replay or even hacked anything).

And even then, I'm not sure that this information will be transferred to your village's visitors: because information is supposed to be like that according to the hour, each cartridge read it on their own.

In the same way, if you'd visit another town, it would appear like they're always in the dusk to you.

Bleh... That's true.

But I could mess with the landscape and such, at least. I wouldn't use it for items, though. I still want to play the game legitly.
