Meh. I don't really believe in this, but 10% of me does. And if it happens it's probably not gonna be some random meteor or volcano, it might be our own society that creates our own downfall(global warming and stuff like that)

Um yeah...
as I said before, there was already the End of the World prediction long ago when they said the world is supposed to end in 12/22/07. Its wrong. So not much to worry about 12/22/12. Just another rumor...
Although I would be slightly worried on that day. hiss.

*laughs darkly*

Ah...indeed. The apparent end of our world. Hmm...

Truthfully, I am unafraid, yet am disturbed. If such a day occurs as to be the end of all worlds, I will live to fullest of my life. I will die honorably.

Unfortunately, I die in vain as many of us will if such a day happens. The world has abandoned me with it's corruption. The destruction is for the better and the worse at the same time. Every day the world destroys itself a little more.

But I will wait and see. If it must be so, I will find my death to be the beginning of a new story.

It frightens me though, with how many possibilities there are to the end.....maybe a earthquake? Maybe demons? Maybe nuclear warfare? Maybe and actual Void? Of course, there is the highest chance that nothing will happen. Yet.

I actually saw this one movie that made me glad humanity hasn't sunk to the point where we're all perpetually-stoned people living in crumbling shams of houses, we've replaced all natural foods with artificial ones and are using soda on our crops, and 20 is considered a genius IQ. Don't remember what the movie was called, though.

But yeah, we're kind of going into a downward spiral.

Idiocracy perhaps? I know it is one of my favorite movies. Laughing

Yeah...

Alright to get to my point. The people of our current generation probably can't work through the Pythagorean Theorem with a calculator (Mind you, I somewhat can do that without a calculator). And that Theorem is easy as ABC.

Anywho, I wish our current generation would be the last. I really doubt we can get much stupider.

Personally, I don't think it will happen. But could someone clarify something? Did they actually predict the world would end, or did some people just make that up because the calendar was ending?

If it DOES happen, I'll be interested to see how.

I don't believe in this, but that doesn't stop me from being anxious about it.

I think they were smarter than us. Thats why they made many predictions, most which, again, came true.
I still don't believe in the end of the world prediction though. But I would be anxious on that day also

Hm... You guys do have strong proofs the world isn't really going to end, but something makes me want to believe it. I don't know... There are so many threatens sprawling. They can all end up causing a massive chaos rage together, like in one of these destruction moves.
