So my general home area has been hit by a heatwave lately. I.E.: It's been above 90 pretty much for almost a week, and the weather people (who actually seem to be right for once) say it's going to keep stretching on. But that's not the tip of the iceberg. We've also been getting pelted by these random, super-hard thunderstorms. I swear, we almost crashed on the way home from Target because the wind and rain made seeing impossible. The only good thing about the storms is that the weather drops about 30 degrees or so when they come.
I thought this was just some weird random thing, but lots of my friends have been telling me the same thing has been happening to them. One of my friends is in a similar heatwave, and his state's capital city is on tornado watch. And then I've heard Tayl and Lord Bob talking about storms a lot, too.
I blame global climate change, pretty much. :< So, how has your torment been? |

Sadly, I've not really been able to experience such difficult conditions. It's just been hot, then rainy, then hot again, which just messes with my sinuses. Oh well...it'll pass, and regular weather will resume again eventually.
I'm really sorry for the rest of you, though. ;~; |

It's been quite hot and sunny here yesterday and the day before, but nothing too much: There has been cool winds yesterday morning. Today it's quite fresh and cloudy. |

It's just been raining hard for the past week; the weathermen have lied to us. Grr.
But then, are weathermen ever right? |

Exactly the same as how you described it, except my close proximity to the Great Lakes makes the humidity 9001x worse. Tayl has the same situation. .-. |

This.
Thankfully, we're supposed to get a break from all of this severe weather today, according to the Weather Channel.
I've had Wind Advisories, Tornado Watches, Tornado Warnings, Severe Storms Watches, Severe Storm Warnings, Flash Flood Watches, Flash Flood Warnings, AND Flood Warnings all in the same day. Yesterday. It was horrible. D: |

Same with me, on Friday I was at my sisters dance recital at the largest theater in the area when 3 tornadoes were seen and we had to be rushed to the basement, then when we got home the power was out. Now it's around 90 degrees and it's supposed to stay like that for a while. |

Are you one of those single celled extremeophile organisms that live deep within the ground at temperatures of 100000F and up or are you just insane? |
