I always get a game when I go on vacation so I have something do do in my spare time. I want a game that lasts long, and I most likely want an RPG. Oh, it has to be a DS game, by the way.

You should get Drawn to Life. The plot and enemies are kiddish, but overall, it's an EPIC game.

Get Advance Wars if you like strategy games. It's amazing. The only real gripe I have with it is that Tabitha is so overpowered that it almost breaks the Wifi. Still, it's really good, and I'd agree to a Tabitha-free battle anytime.
EDIT: Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney would be a good choice too. It's short and has practically no replay value, but that first playthrough is just so amazing that it doesn't matter. Any of the other Phoenix Wright games would be good too, but they'd be hard to get a hold of. I've only played Justice for All, and I'm still looking for Trials and Tribulations.
