Twilight Princess is technically the superior game, but Ocarina of Time beats it out, if only for the fact that the second half of Ocarina of Time WASN'T ridiculously boring.
Also, it didn't force you to go on a fetch quest.
Majora's Mask beats them both, though. |

I don't know, man it's hard to choose. I'm a big fan of the oldies, but the fact that the game takes place a few centuries after the events of OoT makes Twilight a big candidate. The puzzles in TP weren't as much of a challenge as I'd thought they would be, either, but I still had fun solving them. I just don't like when people claim TP was a big rip off OoT. 'cause well, it's not.
To each there own, I suppose. |

I liked OoT better. Why? Well, yeah, TP is cool, but, it just lacks that "something" that OoT had. How should I put it... life? Yes, that's it. Life. TP is an attempt at a more... "grown up" Zelda game... and, yes, it is more grown up, but when you look at games like OoT, and the cel-shaded games, it just seems blocky and lifeless. Nonetheless, TP is still a good game. I just prefer the old games, you know?
Oh, and Wolf Link's animations bothered me. I played Okami first, and, well... yeah. |

Twilight Princess. I don't think OoT is that great, personally. |

TP. I loved the combos you could do in that game. |
