Getting a Gem Slime in DQM: Joker
Beating the crap out of some guy from Square on DQM: Joker
Beating Yunalesca (FFX) when I had not spent enough time gaining Sphere Grid things
Gilgamesh(2nd time,FFXII), at level 45. I beat him, but forgot to save and died on my way out.
FFIV SNES jap- Beating Zeromus at level 50
FFV advance - beating Neo Shinryuu. Too bad I accidentally deleted that save file.

Megaman 2, beat Air man with the megabuster

[Super Cyber Mario]

Resident Evil 4: 100% completion in 12 hours with 96% accuracy and 20 deaths.

beating the hardest enemy in The World Ends With You on ultimate difficulty
completing all 300 missions in FFTA
beating Abyssion in ToS
completely beating both pits in SPM

Well, there was soloing the final boss of ToS with an underleveled Colette, and no computer partners on Mania mode. God that took forever.

I caught a Lugia with a Pokeball in my Silver version.
I got all A rank in Shadow the Hedgehog, and beat that Hard mode.
Beat all the expert ghost in MKW

I really don't have many...none that I can remember, at least. I do recall filling my Pokedex in Pokemon Snap, and beating Brawl's SSE 100% on Intense.

Beating all of the optional bosses in every Paper Mario.
Getting 100% on Metroid Prime 3... on all 3 difficulties.
Getting 100% in NSMB twice.
Getting 242 stars in Galaxy.
Getting 150 stars in Super Mario 64 DS.
