Many of you know of the Glitz Pit from Paper Mario: TTYD and its match system, and that there were added conditions. But for those of you who don't know, I'll explain the basics, along with the rules i'm throwing in myself, for this league.

Ranking system:This is NOT based on a win/loss record. This is based on how you fare against someone above or below your rank. Ranks are as follows: There is the champion, and then ranks 1-20, 1 being the highest, 20 obviously is the lowest. You may only challenge the person ranked right above you (or below if you're the champion) in official league matches. [big]ALL OFFICIAL RANKED MATCHES ARE PM'D DIRECTLY TO ME[/big], and I will PM you your fight conditions. If your opponent is unable to make the match, the match will be called off.(unlike in Paper Mario TTYD.) Also, if you go inactive for a long time without telling anyone, you will be removed from the ranking roster, and those below you will move up a rank, while rank 20 becomes open. Also, if you wish to quit the league, you may "retire"(quit) and the same thing will happen to the ranks upon your removal as with the case of an inactive user, HOWEVER, should you decide to return if a spot is open (even your own), you will have to start over from rank 20 (yes i know, sounds harsh but its the way the glitz pit worked) PM me if you wish to retire.

Fight Conditions:As those who have played Paper Mario: TTYD know, in your official ranked matches, special conditions are set for each fight. Once you have put in for your fight request, your conditions will be received. (ex. lives, what items could be used. best of how many matches, etc;) As for stages, that depends on your rank. If you are ranked Champion through 10, you will play on a random stage. If you are ranked 11-20, you will play on final destination. (although a rank 10 vs. 11 match abides by the rank champ-10 rule.)

As for rankings in the beginning now, I will keep that posted here. As for filling them up its first come first serve. I already have Exuro and Pnutjr scheduled for a battle, competing for the top 2 spots, as they have applied beforehand, and i wished to forfeit champion rights to them. I myself will be taking the rank below them, Rank 2. Here are the ranks and I will keep them updated.

P.S.:This is individual brawlers only, and therefore there will be no team names, nor will there be any nicknames for anyone who plays the league, to prevent confusion. Happy Brawling! Post your questions and I will respond when I can. NOTE: You will not be able to request a match, nor will i be able to post updates from june 30-july 8, as i will be gone during that time period. Post all signups here. And of course, you MUST have brawl (duh.)

UPDATE!:Something I almost forgot. If the person you challenge has a challenge issued already, you will be unable to challenge that person and I will PM you if that is the case.

Very well then, I'll add you to the roster, but the league won't start till all spots are filled up, most likely sometime while i'm on vacation. if i can get internet on vacation, i'll try and update everything. If not, then I'll go ahead and just keep to what i said before.

Well, I was actually able to update this while on vacation (i'm currently in philly and starting tomorrow i'm spending 2 days in pittsburgh then coming home after that.)and don't know if i'll be able to make anymore updates before returning home. Now if only I could get more people.
