Some time ago, the Koopa that gave up her place so that I could return had tried to make this work. She asked me, before resigning herself as an Alt, to see if this could be done again.
Bear in mind that the due dates are changed to the following:
Entries Close: July 20th.
Voting Ends: July 26th.

I'd like to join. I've got a design for Timpani in mind, but it could use some tweaking.
Although Scarlette might be fun to try, too.
