Yes you can. Just follow these instructions:
1) Start Internet Explorer (it won't work in Firefox)
2) Load the esnips page with the song on it
3) When it's fully loaded, go to "Extras" , Select the Page "Internet Options"
4) You should see options about cookies and cache, like "Delete Temporary Internet Files" and stuff.
5) Selct "View Files".
6) An Explorer Window should open to your Temporary Internet Files Folder.
7) Order the files by type
 Now you should find the mp3 from esnips with its brether
9) Copy it to your Desktop or "My Music"
