Parties are pretty much dead nowadays. It's going to filled with spam.
The way I see it, there's really only 3 options here:
1. Throw the Party and crack down on the spam. Unfortunately, that will make the Party spirit die and people will avoid posting to avoid strikes, and possibly even Party in OT instead if it gets too bad.
2. Throw the Party and don't crack down on the spam. There will be lotsa spamghetti, and the mods could lock but not strike the super-spammy stuff. Things go along okay, the spammers have lotsa fun and everybody else has an okay time. Some people won't enjoy it, but most will do okay.
3. Don't have a Party.
You guys can pick whatever option you want. But if there isn't a Party, there should at least be a sale on Cracker Launchers, and possibly have all Cracker Launchers use 2 MP instead of 5. |
