I was messing around with my AR, and I wanted certain neioghbors, but I didn't know that all it did was mask over the old neighbors...
So they're voices, gender, and personalities were messed up...
And it was a permanent code, so they were stuck like that.
I don't use my AR to hack items or anything... But I had no idea this little thing would screw up my neighbors that much.

That's why I don't mess with certain codes for it, I've had to restart my game TWICE because of it. |

you kinda accidentally tripped in some Neighbor character programming addresses.
Unless you have tools that allow you to find out which line does what, don't enter in codes that weren't found by professional peeps, I guess. |

And does it work? Like, does it actually replace the neighbor instead of just making them appear as if they were the one in question? |

Well, is there a place I can get it? |

it's still hacking stuff.
But instead of hacking the game itself, you hack the state of the console, then load that state.
It's more effective when it comes to editing variable things, I guess. |

I want something that makes it simple. |

I want something that makes it simple. | Basically, a savestate is the a capture of the state of your console (how the game is while it's running). Hacking a savestate can change variable memory that the console has to take account of, like the map where you are on, the status of you villagers, the items in your pocket, etc. By hacking, you can change those, and then load the savestate and save the game to keep those changes.
I heard that Action Replay has a built-in savestate creator and loader. "Power saves", I heard they were named. |

Because as of now, if the AR is out of the system, the grass is normal.
Also... Any ideas on what to name my new town? I want it to be beachy themed... Remember, 8-character limit!! |
