Probably the rarest system I own is Game Gear, but with only three games.
As for games: I own every Kirby game (except the Japanese-only puzzle game), some of which are definately rare, and I think Parappa the Rapper is pretty rare too. |

I have no idea what my rarest system is, but it would probably be my almost-perfectly working SNES.
I also have a Gold Majora's Mask cartridge. I didn't know it was rare though, I thought the color was the same for every cartridge. |
