Petey Followed doopliss, and after he went through the warp pipe, Petey, not being able to fit, got his cells rearanged to do so, ala super paper mario.

Doopliss and Petey popped out of the warp pipe, and into Rogueport.
The Duplighost was shocked at what he saw.
The once bustling hive of activity was now desolate, the houses wrecked and battered.
Shadowy monsters crawled over the ruined buildings, devouring wood, brick and tile in their terrible hunger, too numerous to count and definitely too many to consider taking on.
