Has anyone here, ever uh... like randomly go 'blind' for a few seconds, (When I say blind, its not pitch black. It's more of a white light that can be somewhat transparent, or just pure white.), and you get dizzy? Usually, for me, it hapens while i'm standing but... Just wondering.
In short, have you ever got blinded by a white light and get extremely dizzy before?
It's happening much often now. It used to happen ever so rarely, now its happening for me, about 2 times a day? More?
I mean, I try to stay still, head down. Hold onto something if I can. But some way... I always find a way to trip, almost fall... I mean earlier I was bringing dishes to my dad so he could put them in the dish washer. I was going downstairs and uhm... well, I lost 3 bowls and a cup with a fork inside, keeping only one bowl. Not that you needed to know that. I didn't fall though, which was odd. Anyways, answer the question. I want to know if it can be normal, or just something I should worry about. |

Something similar happens to me sometimes. Everything goes out of color and it becomes hard for me to see, and I get dizzy. It happens to me when I'm in the heat for too long, but your case seems different since it happens in your house =/ |

Edit: Oh wait, no, there was this one time at football practice, first practice of them all. made us run. a lot. Near the end, it happened. But thats the only time I remember. It was hot >: |

Yeah I use to get those all the time when I was little, it happens when your blood sugar level is sky high. But now I only get them if I play a game for over 6 hours...I remember this one time when I was 11 years old and I was playing Goldeneye 64 I got really really dizzy in the head and then really numb then I got this intense orgasmic feeling in my head and then I felt like falling on the floor for no reason ands so I did and it felt great! I layed there for about a few minutes afterwards... |

I think it can happen if you have a low blood sugar level too. |

Yes, but it mainly happens after I stand up and move around quickly after lying down for a while, easily explained as not enough blood in the head but yes, I do. |

You're just blacking out/fainting momentarily. You get up too fast and the blood rushes from your head. It is also made worse by a lack of water and food. Happens to me all the time if I sit down for awhile and then get up. "Factors that influence fainting are taking in too little food and fluids, low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, growth spurts, physical exercise in excess of the energy reserve of the body, emotional distress, and lack of sleep."
This is also called a brownout. |

I get them all the time when I try to get up from deep relaxation. It feels weird, alright, and I can barely walk. |

Well, If im in my room for about an hour and come out, everything starts to fade black and I feel like I'm light as a feather and really dizzy. Soon after, I adjust to the lighting and everything is normal again. |

Oh, yeah, that happens to me at least once a day. Especially when I get up in the middle of the night for whatever reason. My vision gets all tunnel-y for a few seconds, goes black, then goes back to normal. |

It happens to me every few days.
In fact, normally I'm walking, then all of a sudden my vision goes weird and my legs start feeling all tingle-y. Then I end up getting dizzy. But it stops after a few seconds. |
