Microsoft Conference will begins in about 5 minutes. I will update this post with any major revelations. Stay tuned...
Games demoed: Fallout 3 (*yawn*), Resident Evil 5 (with online co-op), Fable 2 (with online co-op), GoW2
More studio parternships for downloadable video (NBC, Universal, etc)
Totally new Xbox Interface coming this fall (simple and Apple-like)
-3D Mii-like avatars with chat rooms "parties". Can share photos and stuff with people in the party.
Portal coming to XBLA with some new levels and achievements.
Watch Netflix Instant Watch movies (and somehow share them with others?)
Final Fantasy XIII

Wow, in one single announcement, Xbox has most-likely pissed off Apple, Sony, and Nintendo fans.
New Apple-like interface, Mii-like avatars, and Home-like customization and "rooms" that you can share stuff with others (although the rooms are not real spaces, you dont actually walk around or anything). |

I disagree, there was nothing unexpected except for a new interface which I think looks worse, and FFXIII which I don't care about and is cross-platform. No mention of a new console with WiFI or that doesn't overheat, which is what I was really looking forward to. Also, no mention of any new games, just sequels, many of which are also on PS3. |

I'm just praying that Sony does something amazing at their conference.
FFXIII was one of the main reasons I got a PS3, and over on the 360, Banjo Kazooie, Gears of War 2, and their other exclusives are tempting.
Hopefully Sony's announcements will destroy that temptation. |
