I agree with Mantis, MALAK and Ultimario.

When flaming is not necessary, liking or hating a game is much about opinions. Saying how you don't like the game could be acceptable, as long a it's not a flame bait. It's also acceptable to be annoyed and talk about how something annoys you, but going all CAPSLOCKRAGE on people is uncalled for. There are better ways to show your annoyance, and just explaining it is enough. And if you have a hateful opinion about a member, I think you can just keep it for yourself (unless the matter is personal, in which case Private Messages exist and should be used at least instead of posting it in off-topic).

In the opposite sense, no-one should make a big deal out of someone's display of annoyance: It's not helping it, and it's often how flame-wars can go on and on forever.

tl;dr just use common sense.

I have to say TWEWY thing needs to stop. I don't hate the people for liking it and all, I just hate, and I mean hate, the way they present their love for it. I'm still interested in buying the game, but I know that if I like it, I'm not going to be all "ZOMGURSOZETTASLOW" (What ever that's suppose to mean anyway) every chance I get. I can contain myself, which is something a lot of people need to learn to do.

As I love Japan for their culture, Anime is just a bonus. >:[
