((I got sick of all of the repeating DLC threads in RPOT. In my attempt to make RP feel a bit "alive" again, I'm putting the true, main, prime cut Dark Land Castle here. If there is any scheduled combat involved, you must notify me before jumping in (although this RP is preferably for Mario related characters ONLY, if you have a good reason why you or your characters (if they are not Mario related) are supposed to be in Dark Land Castle or part of the Koopa Army, you must send me a private message about the notification). THIS RP FOLLOWS REGULAR RP RULES! NO GODMODDING, NO TROLLING, NO SPAM, NO CHEATING, NO STEALING CHARACTERS, NO OVER-POWERING CHARACTERS AND PLEASE, ACT IN CHARACTER!

I will also list (and edit) who will take role of which characters they want to use. This will prevent any mistakes or stolen characters. Just PM me (or, I'll PM you) of what characters you want to use in the RP. You can use OCs if you want, but they have to be Mario related.

Dark Land Castle. Located in the center of the infamous "World 8". This castle was one of many of Bowser's castles, but this one seemed to survive attacks from enemies such as the Mario Bros. and such. It is quite possibly, the most active and most secure of all of Bowser's castles.

Doomships, tanks and troops patrolled all around Dark Land. If you got closer to the closer to the castle, the tighter the security.

Kamek Koopa, King Bowser's second-in-command and Grandmaster Magikoopa, was doing his daily job of keeping a close eye on the troops, watching the vehicles and security of the castle itself and staying beside his King. He was currently inside Bowser's Throne Room along with Bowser himself. Once his shift is over, Kamek will head back to his room to rest for the night.

Kamek will follow any command that Bowser gives him. Does not matter what it is, Kamek will try to not let his King down.

Cody Koopa was in one of the garages. He was working on tuning up an old muscle car that his father gave him. He has been trying to fix up a small problem with the gearbox and brakes. This did not really affect him too bad. It was just a few tweaks and turns.

Other than that, it was just a regular day at Dark Land Castle.

King Bowser was NOT in a good mood. Our Koopa King was ready to unleash an incredibly awesome, Grade-A plot that would devastate Mario for good... and it turns out...

"He's not another adventure? Now?! Yeesh! WHO is stealing away my right to make the Plumber Bros. suffer, that's what I want to know!"

Bowser stamped a foot, causing the room to shake slightly.

Due to the shake in the room, Kamek was flung off of the ground for a moment. He regained his balance though and safely floated to the ground.

"Sir... I guess it is some higher being... or beings... called "The Creators" or something. I've heard spook stories from some of the troops in the cafeteria about these guys. That they watch and predict our every move..."

Yep... Kamek was having a bit of a paranoid moment.

"Ah... well... I don't know, Your Awesomeness. We will figure out a way to take the Plumbers down sometime. I know it."

[Yoshi]

(Yoshi wasn't brainwashed, he was tricked by bowser, and it was a really simple procedure, yoshi being gullible and all.)

Yoshi was tired after chasing his tail for a while, and he just sat down, and looked around. What a surprise that he always managed to foil bowser when instead of planning, and making epic machines, yoshi just chased his tail adorably. This simply brought yoshi to think that the stories really were fake in his memory. Yoshi then wandered around the place.

((I specifically said MARIO CHARACTERS ONLY UNLESS THERE IS A GOOD REASON WHY THE CHARACTER IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE RP! You can't just randomly jump in and attack if you're not a Mario character. It's already breaking the rules of this RP.

I know that you're new, but until you read the rules carefully and understand what's going on, your actions will be ignored.))

Birdo managed to get through the lava and bad air of Dark Land, and found herself at a massive front door, of course, troops were everywhere. The castle was at least 150 stories tall, towering into the dark, ashy skies of Dark Land.

She approached a guard, wiping some dust off her bow.

"Hello, sir. I was looking for Yoshi...I heard he was in this castle, and wanted to give him some company...I heard he's lonely in there."

She hoped she would be permitted.

The Koopatrol at the entrace noticed Birdo and opened the gate to let her in.

"You're allowed in. Yoshi is in there."

Meanwhile, Kamek looked at Bowser and shrugged.

"Not sure, sir. There are other villains out there that think they are better than you, but you are way better than all of them combined!"

[Celeste Dimentia]

"That's right, and you think others would keep that pearl of wisdom in mind the next time they try to do something evil. But I'm not going to even bother chasing Mario. The last time I tried that, all I got was cheek from a giant bird and some guy calling himself Lord Crumpet... and of course I crushed them both! I'm going to take this chance, then, to set some traps for when Mario returns..."

[Tails Doll]

Birdo nodded, and walked into the massive castle. This was the Koopa's home. A gigantic castle, full of stones, fire, technology, and magic. A long walk through a draped hallway later, she found herself in a room, with her sweetheart, Yoshi.

"Oh, Yoshi, is that really you?"

She ran over and hugged him, not aware Bowser and Kamek were close by.

"Sounds great sir. Hope it works out really well."

[Spiny]

Spiny walked up to the main entrance.
It had been awhile since he had been anywhere near Dark Land.

Kamek's DS began to ring a repeating tune. He sighed.

"Uh... sir, I'm sorry to split up like this, but one of my sisters is in danger. I have to go there immediately."

He found the location of the danger and teleported out of the topic.

Meanwhile, near...well, wherever in the castle where the treasury is...

The guards would suddenly find themselves buffeted in an explosion of laser orbs.
