Pandemic 2 is a pretty fun flash game.
You have to make a virus and try to kill everyone on Earth with it. When your virus evolves you can buy more traits for your virus, such as symptoms, resistances, and how to spread it. Eventually the world will catch on to your virus and start closing stuff down. It's hard to beat because no one can really infect Madagascar in time before everything closes down.
