UGH, WHY DO THEY EXIST. THIS IS THE ONLY ITEM I CAN'T USE TO MY ADVANTAGE.
I was racing with Ph1r3 online and every race I was got at least 1 storm cloud, usually near the end so I shrink right before the finish line, and come for 2nd to 6th, or in the middle of the race right when I'm about to pass someone. asdfjasl;dlasdf DAMMIT WHY OH WHY DOES MARIO KART HAVE THESE? asdfsdf |

I like to think of it as aids. XD
Just stay close to someone but don't bump i until the very end, because it boosts your speed. That's what I do. |

You're supposed to use the speed boost you get from having them to your advantage, but also ram into someone before time runs out. |

I was facing Elzilcho in a few races, in Moo Moo Meadows and I was always in second place because the storm clouds were the only items that I obtained. Well, there was one mushroom, but that was it. |

Get this. I'm way behind my opponent (it's a private 2-people race), and I keep getting Thunderclouds. I can't reach the opponent even with the speed boost. |

Yes, the storm clouds suck. Imagine this scenario...
I'm in 3rd place on Koopa Cove, and I get a storm cloud. There's no one around, so I'll just have to tough it out. Then, right after I'm zapped, someone flies from behind and knocks me off. When I get back on the stage, i'm in 10th. |
