The mods tell us they can't haddle their job properly so they ask us to report all we can. Well I have been reporting things I know are wrong, and nothing has been done. I've gotten in trouble for a post where I wanted hugs, but people who like orange soda and only dee-colon in posts get off completely scotch free. I guess, maybe, I reported them at the wrong time, I mean the only mod that was on was TSSG3, and they were his friends.

I'm sorry, Tessie, but a friend can only back a person up for so long before they finally get faced with the facts that you are a biased mod, and I have been faced with them. In fact, Francine even did a way better job. She striked me even though we were friends and I didn't see it as anything but her doing her job, and her doing it right.

I even PM'd Tessie to make sure he wasn't just ignoring it; Well he was in a sense, he was leaving it to the other mods to decide. If you're leaving it for someone else, then you obviously cannot do your job.

I know you said you'd never resign, but you know, maybe it's time. Don't see this as a troll telling you to gtfo, but as a caring member who's watched you evolve into something I don't like. Let's face it; you're biased, you can't dish out all the laws in the way that you need to, you flame people just as they flame back, and you present yourself as someone who's really unexperienced. You don't have to leave, or anything like that; but you resigning would probably let you gain a lot of respect that you've lost over the months. And look at it as another experiance for someone new to rise up, someone who is going to take charge, and fill in your shoes in ways that you never will be able to. Ever.

Same for you Plastic. I think you've passed your prime, and it is also time for you to give it to someone else.

I don't know if all the points you mentioned for Tessie also apply to me (There's a few that I'm sure don't apply to me), but as sad as it may seem, I have to agree with you. I've already decided about getting demodded a while ago, except every time, something huge comes up (Flamewar, shock image raid, rampage) where I'm the only mod online, so I have to proceed to clean it up myself. In the past 2 months, I've stopped 3 raids, 1 rampage and a flamewar with little/no assistance, and right now I'm stuck between going through with demodding or keeping my position, since, as much as I hate the position now, digibutter would be helpless during the periods where I'm the only mod on. And that happens quite a bit.

Also, I've been getting into things other than digibutt over the last few weeks, so I haven't been on to handle the things that go on during the day lately, but I'm usually on during the night.

The mods are all trying their best, and not many people can seem to accept the fact that there are actually athourity figures doing their job without beng predjudiced against atleast one person.

With how the world is going downhill recently, I don't blame them.

I can, however, see that you knew this would be an attraction that would cause flames to rise.

If your first post is only about two of the mods, why the hell is the topic stating you believe all of the mods aren't doing their job?


Anyway, onto another subject. The moderators are humans, just like you are. You really can't expect them to not make a mistake, right?

Just because you report one thing, it doesn't mean that it'll be given a strike within five seconds. It honestly depends on what time of day it is, and if more than two moderators are online or not.

I'm not going to hate you for your opinion, I'm just bringing up a few things that you people seem to need drilled into your mind.
