In my recent OT topic, I mentioned that I was... rather drunk. See: http://digibutter.nerr.biz/viewtopic.php?t=106134&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
I'm really sorry about this. I didn't originally intend for it to happen, and I didn't expect it to happen, either. My friend just got out of a bad relationship, and decided to drink his problems away. It might help... until morning, when the hangover of the century hits him (that's why I took several ibuprofen before I decided to sleep).
But anyway...
I'm truly sorry about this, and I hope that it never happens again. Please forgive me. I didn't want him to be alone in his "misery". |

I mean, just look at Superbad... XD
And thanks, I just didn't want anyone hating me for what I did. I'm glad you aren't judgmental. |

I've never had more than a sip of alcohol. Getting piss-drunk is currently beyond my ken.
I've heard that hangovers suck, though. Hopefully your friend will be okay soon enough.
As long as you didn't let your friend do anything stupid, you have nothing to apologize for. And there is absolutely nothing you have to apologize to US for. Friend, maybe. 'Specially if you didn't offer him any of those anti-hangover pills. |

My friend had a few pills as well, so I THINK he should be good as long he doesn't have a catastrophic meltdown or anything. |

you shouldn't mix drugs and alcohol, BTW
Quote: | If you drink more than the recommended daily amount while taking aspirin or ibuprofen, the alcohol can irritate your stomach, and may increase your likelihood of experiencing side effects, such as bleeding in your stomach or intestines. Heavy, or long-term, daily use of aspirin may cause stomach inflammation, or ulceration, and this can be made worse by drinking too much alcohol. Aspirin can also increase the effects of alcohol. |

Oohhh, he made a bad idea...No amount of beer will make you feel better when you get hit hard by a hangover. He was practically poising himself. |

http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/articles/article.aspx?articleId=867 | We waited 4 hours before taking them, and that's the average time for alcohol to clean out of the body. We may have been... tipsy... but we weren't dumb. :3

Just because someone is going through a tough time doesn't mean you have to drink! It makes no sense. |

Its fine, just don't kill yourself. Just don't make a habit of doing it, I think sober Geno's awesome. Also: Don't let your friend drink away his problems, it will make things worse. Alcoholism FTL. |
