Great cartoon that makes us wish we lived back when they were being made. I love Wimpy, and I love hamburgers.

My dad and I watched every episode we could. I loved "The Popeye Show" and, of course, the random episodes that would come on with "Tom & Jerry" and other classics. However, Popeye was the most memorable. He had a classic form of humor, and just enough action and just enough craziness that made him amazing.

However, I really didn't like him in color. The Black & White era was Popeye at his best.

My favorite episodes were the Ghost Ship, Goonieland (Pappy is awesome), and Popeye meets Sinbad the Sailor.

Ah, good ol' popeye. Shows what vegies can do for you, he does.

Actually, no.

But still, great memories. I'd kill just to be able to see him on TV again.

Wimpy FTW.

Also, I found a box set of Popeye in the Anime section in Best Buy. o-o;
