Note: I finally learned how to speak some english... not just GW Speak.
What The...!? I just looked on the GTS on pokemon Diamond/Pearl to see if anyone wanted my level 100 Raticate and found this.

It's called PokeSAV, and believe me, it can make anything look legit. I've used it a few times myself to test it out. But I just released them because I'd never want to use/trade hacked Pokemon.
PokeSAV literally makes undetectable hacked Pokemon.
I'd never believe a shiny LV100 Deoxys unless I knew 100% who/where I was getting it from. |

The LV70 one is most likely legit, because hackers always seem to make they're Pokemon LV100 so unexpecting people will admire and trade for them.
LV70 Deoxys are most likely legit because a certain event had them at that level. |

I put a Feebas on the GTS and I got a shiny lv. 99 Porygon. I now have a lv. 99 shiny Porygon-Z, due to trading with my friend. |

I've gotten a hacked shiny Palkia from the GTS, from only an Eevee. It had all HM moves, though... I have seen legit shinies on the GTS, however. I once saw a level 36 shiny Dugtrio was available on there. |
