In the middle of a gloomy, black forest- ...Screw the description, this castle had been popping up in the world of the Bitlands for ages now, and pretty much anyone knew it. Dark, demonic, eerily beautiful, and full of thronging red-eyed ravens, the Court of the Raven Princess loomed over the countryside.

The ballroom was alive with its usual chilling dance as the younger Kooparia was dragged in through the door by a pair of raven warriors. Kraehe was sitting in her throne at the other end of the ballroom, watching. Her eyes glimmered with vicious triumph.

Milo had been wandering around the forest. He was tired, and he needed shelter. He found the castle. "This really doesn't look like a place I can trust, but It's better than nothing." He entered.

Kooparia had withdrawn into her shell when the ravens had opened the 'birdcage' to carry her into the creepy castle.

She was obviously mortified.

From where Milo was standing, he would be able to see Kooparia be dragged in before the ballroom doors slammed shut, leaving him alone in the hallway with only the black torches and winding hallways for company. He could still hear what was going on inside, though.

"...Little sister!"

Kraehe rose from her throne and ran the length of the now-still ballroom, putting her arms around Kooparia.

"Oh...What did he do to you...?"

Kooparia could not help but poke her head out to get a better look at the person calling her sister.

"...? You're a human. My mommy an' daddy had no other girls. Just my brotheh, Koopael. An' they didn't have any adopted human girls. Why are you sayin' dat?"

For a heartless princess, Kraehe could fake looking devastated pretty well.

Kooparia felt a little sad as she shook her head.

"No, miss creepy lady."

He knew it was rude to eavesdrop, so he was ignoring the conversation as best he could, waiting for when a good time to enter would be.

Just then in front of Milo, a Knight appeared, having just finishing a teleporting procedere.

"Yes they are! Mommy an' daddy an' grampa loved me, but they died. My big brother loved me too, but he was a poopie-head. An'... he died too...."

The hatchling began to cry again...

Kooparia shuddered a little. What Kraehe was saying was starting to make some sense, but...

Kooparia's eyes would begin to cloud over, as the inside of her mind shifted to show a dark scene...

The castle stood in the moonlight, looking different- pristine, happy, and peaceful. A large raven was flying towards the building, with a silk bundle in its beak. If Kooparia looked closely, she would see herself, but- not a Koopa. Instead, she was a raven-person. Two more raven-people were standing on the balcony, looking up at her joyfully: one in a ballgown and one in regal feathered robes, who was holding a second bundle in his arms.

However, just as the stork-raven neared the castle, a dark blue blur on a broomstick shot past, knocking it from the sky and disappearing with Kooparia's blanket in claw...

"You are the younger Princess of Ravens, Kooparia. My little sister. You were meant to rule alongside me and your brother, Cedric, when our Father passed on, but...Such tragedy befell our kingdom that night. Such pain."
