After twelve days in Kung Fu camp, I'm finally back in the civilization - and I must say, my normal room seems like the Ritz to me.
I can summarize my impression of the land of mooses in this sentence: "Take a winding road in southern Germany which goes through forests, meadows and fields with the occasional rock, hill or rocky hill. Then take a lake with islands composed of pretty much that, too. Copy-paste it ten thousand times next to each other, the lake at the end of the road, and there, you have what I saw of Sweden.
12 hours of travel, twelve days in the wilderness, one trip shopping with three and a half hour's worth of canoeing just to get there and four hours back, covering 20 km of lake to buy water of all things (and some chocolate) and two hours of Kung Fu training daily, one before breakfast, one after setting up the tents at another spot (we changed spots about every second day) and therefore before dinner.
Why yes, I learned to respect myself.

Anyway, your favourite german lunatic is back in action ! I hope you all missed me and noticed I was gone; I'm szure the people in the RP did. I am terribly sorry I was unable to tell you I'd be gone, I misjudged my internet time limit. I hope the RP still has some spark in it. *readies defibrillator* I at least wrote the plot whilst being at the ass of Europe; I have three point five of nine levels planned out.
Oh, and at least I know now the Siu Lung Guan, the Small Shiaolin Stick Form.
It looks bloody stupid. When I get the pictures, you'll get to see me in funny pants. |
