Well, I personally love them all, but my Favorites are Mario, Sonic, Snake, Olimar, R.O.B, G&W, all being topped of with Wario's.

Actually, I think that the Wario theme has been planned for a very long time. Listen to Waluigi's Pinball, the theme is IN THERE! FROM A VIDEO GAME IN 2005!

As for my personal favorites...G&W is a rip-off of Snake...Snake's is only okay...Kirby gets annoying...Meta Knight's pretty cool...

While I personally prefer the victory themes offered in Super Smash Bros 64, I'll go with Fire Emblem, Wario, Yoshi, and Donkey Kong.
