I've presented this to the folks at Gamefaqs, as well, and we've gotten some very interesting and believable theories.

Vous mourez means "you will die". Si votre means "if your".

Now, by taking out the "your" and translating the rest, it says "You will die if andrayda takes shape."

One of the new bounty hunters in the game is named Gandrayda. The system, as it unveils this, seems to be glitching up, so it wouldn't be so far-fetched if the first letter of her name wasn't there. She also just so happens to be a shape-shifter. In addition, from the very beginning, prior to the unveiling of her real name, we've been referring to her as the "Phazon lady". Put the pieces together, and it should be pretty obvious that there's a lot more to Gandrayda than meets the eye...
