"Uh...whazzit...oh yeah! Fourth door on the...left. Now, if you'll excuse me, I gotta see what the chef's doin' fer dinner...you want anythin' in particular?" Dedede asked. |

Devin went down the hall and entered the fourth door on the left. She took a calculator out of her bag as she did.
Her plan was hopefully simple: she would try to minimize the taxing of the Dreamland residents. Not enough so that the higher-ups went into the poorhouse, but enough so that little Dreamlanders could sit around and have their cake without it being repossessed. Besides, if everybody had a reasonable amount of money, then Dreamland would function smoother!

Hey, this RP needed substance to keep going...
Devin began going over the expenses of the castle and then comparing them to the amount the Dreamlanders were taxed. Taking away any unnecessary luxuries would lessen the financial burden of the people and, she hoped, eventually erase Dedede's greedier side. |
