Hmm...I'd say the most painful experience was from when I was three.
My dad had just changed out our porcelain bathroom sink with a new one.
He had placed the old one in the garage, fairly close to the door.
Not knowing this, I quickly opened the door to the garage, shattering the sink. A large shard broke off, and made an 2 inch-long gash in the side of my leg.
It had to be surgically removed...the nurses offered me some sort of anesthetic, but, not paying much attention due to the intense pain, I refused.
I still have the scar to this day.

Physically speaking, I guess the time I woke up in the middle of the night with pain in my gut. Hurt like hell, but it turned out it was just a stomach bug. |

I don't remember the pain at all, or anything about it, but it was probably when my collen was being strangled by a tissue, or something, which not allowing me to crap, therefore, pooping blood. I supposedly cried all the time, puked greenish puke or something, and when I finally went to the hospital, they did surgery on my stomache and shit... they said if I had made it any sooner, I might have died. I was only 4 months old :/ |

Injury-wise, I once fell down the stairs and my back felt like something was trying to wedge itself between afew of the vertabres.
Otherwise, I once woke up with a cramp that acted up whenever my foot was pointed out. |

Luckily, the female driver in it was hitting the brakes to save me.
I thank that woman, because she saved my life.
It still hurt. |

Right now. SOmething's wrong with the muscles of my right shoulder, and it hurts like crazy when I do so much as to reach for something. Hurts as it twenty to thirty needles at once. The old fashioned needles. |

A scar in my stomach that prevented me from eating anything other than hamburger and onion rings. Whenever I ate somethin else, I... You probably don't want to know. My stomach was almost always in pain. Before it started, I had a seizure about 2 months before... fell off the bed... probably causing the scar in my stomach. This was all about 4-5 years ago. |

I'd say when I broke my arm playing basketball outside of my house, but I really didn't feel it and didn't notice until I saw it.
I can't really remember the worst pain I've been in. Right now, it would have to be my damn ankle because these Vans are killing my feet. |
