Strong Bad:
B: Bazooka: Fires a bazooka blast like Samus.
Side B: Kick the Cheat: Self-explainitory
Up B: Bounce off the Cheat: Strong Bad places the Cheat underneath him, and jumps off him. The Cheat flys to the side afterwards.
Down B: Shape of...A Moron!: Strong Bad changes into a badly designed Homestar suit, from SBCG4AP.
Final Smash: Chainsaw Cutter: Strong Bad runs towards the enemy with his chainsaw, and things get ugly.

B: LAZOR: Chargeable blast attack.
B Smash: Barrel Roll: Spin in a similar manner to an Arwing, dealling decent damage.
B^: Chaos Spiral. Springs upward with arms stretched out.
Bv: Nom: Anger: Small burst of energy like an explosion.

Final Smash: Super Angry Stev-0: Grows similar to Giga Bowser, and has Power raised, at the cost of speed.

Other:
Grab attack: Crush Grip: Quickly squizes the enemy with his hand.

Doing someone other than Tsuki this time.
HMMM...
Satsuhime:
B: Dagger Toss. Throws one of her daggers. The dagger will glow at a random time for a split second, and if it makes contact, the damage and knock back is doubled.
Side B: Double dagger slash. A short range attack where she slashes her dagger twice. Can be charged by holding side and b down.
Up B: Dagger chopper. She swings three daggers that have been attached to a string around. Similar to Link's Up B, without the charge ability.
Down B: Dagger rain. She jumps into the air, and throws a series of daggers beneath her, damaging anyone beneath her. Range is about three pikachus on both sides.

Final Smash: Soul Eater Dagger. A one hit K.O. Final Smash, with small range, similar to the others. Contact is a 100% KO chance, yet it can only KO one. (Some FS similar to this, like the Link's can damage more than one if you're lucky) Also does 50% Damage to the user weather it works or not.

Jeff:

B: Stun Gun: Just like ZZS'
Side B: Bazooka: Sends a powerfull missle straight ahead at high speed.
Down B: Bottle rocket: Sends a single bottle rocket out, targeting the closest enemy
Up B: Bubble Monkey: Bubble monkey appears, grabs Jeff's hands, blows a bubble, and pulls him up.

Final smash: Multibottle rocket: Like the assist trophy, but with more and more powerfull.

A Custom Character. (Guess Who It Is? [Rhetorical Question])

B: Pac-Punch (Chargable) Throws a Pac-Pellet at the Enemy. Non Homing.
Side B: Rev-Roll (Chargable) Runs In Place, then Rolls Into Everyone In His Path.
Up B: Trampoline (Non-Chargable) Butt-Bounces a Trampoline to Launch Himself High In the Air.
Down B: Butt-Bounce (Non-Chargable) Jumps Up Then Ground Pounds the Ground.

Final Smash: Classic Pac

Lasts: About 10 Secs
Transforms Into The Arcade Pac-Man, While Everyone Else Turn Into Ghosts. Using his Increased Running Speed, He Must Eat Everyone Else on the Field With the Classic Points Being Awarded on Each Successful Chomp.

200, 400, 800, 1600.

If Eaten, You Take 50 Points of Damage and Recieve Lethal Knockback.

Give Me a Character, and I Will Design a Moveset for Them.

Black Yoshi

Neutral B: Liquid Flame. Can be held to charge, like Samus's Charge Shot.

Over B: Flame Stream. Works like the Ice Climbers' Down B, but with added range.

Up B: Mists Rift. Black opens a Mists Rift and goes through. Works like Zelda's Teleport.

Down B: Fiery Shockwave. Burns and trips anyone adjacent to you.

His normal A attacks would be physical, with his Smashes and some Aerials and other attacks powered by Fire Magic rather than actual physical attacks.

Final Smash: Infernal Rage. Black's Fire Magic capabilities rocket to inhuman levels, causing anyone who gets too close to him to get burned, as well as dramatically incresing his abilities. The drawback is that he suffers damage normally, and the move itself causes damage to him.

Tayl time!

B ~ Star Gun
Tayl pulls out her Star Gun, which, as implied, is a gun that shoots out Stars like a Star Rod.

Up B ~ Jump {lol uncreative}
Tayl uses her tail to spring up into the air. Damages opponents on contact.

Side B ~ Cash Dash
Tayl rams into her enemies, stealing their monies {Like Mario & Luigi's Up B}.

Down B ~ Twirl
Tayl twirls around, her tail slashing opponents.

Final Smash ~ Paradox
Tayl instantly K.O.s her nearby enemies, with a bunch of paradox-y visual effects. O:
