Many sites that I have seen that grew too large often split their mods into seperate jurisdictions to handle things, leaving one or two as Global Mods.
Here's my suggestion:
Add more mods, and split them uip into jurisdictions over a certain area of the forum. For example, the areas of jurisdiction for each mod or mod team would be Announcements/Intros/Feedback/Support, All the Game forums, RP/RPOT/Miyamojo, YC/Oekaki/Picto, Contests/Black Market/Star Carnival, GD/OT/digiblogger. There would also be one or two Global Mods along with Francis with jurisdiction over every forum. In times of emergency, all mods would have power over every forum.
This would save our mod team from much stress. In addition, Mods could be placed in charge of what they are best at to make things run more smoothly, and people would know which mod did what and avoid needless arguing.
Any comments or feedback on improvements would be nice.òﭒó |

No. Most crap only happens in the ot and digiblogger anyway, so why split them? The ones running Contests/Black Market/Star Carnival will be useless since no one posts there. So there really isn't a point. |

I do find one error in your statement, though.
"People will know which mod did what, and will stop needless arguing."
If you aren't already aware, people are arguing because they know what mod gave them a strike. |

I object!
I think that we should be able to go global. We already dish out quite a few warnings and strikes on a daily basis. I think we're fine being everywhere. We don't have enough members to require so many mods. |

We have Goomba, Lord Crump, Minami, Plastic... I don't think CD still comes on that often, and I'm not sure if I'm missing anyone. So, yeah. Four if I'm right.
Also: Not supported. The main places that real have to be checked are RP, RPOT, OT, and Digiblogger. |

Maybe there can be a gaming mod or RP mod? Maybe no Blog/OT/GD/RPOT mod, or maybe yeah we do...
