And I do mean someone you truly love. Let it be your sibling, parent, or a loved one (Mostly loved one). And I really mean true love. If someone you truly love dies...
would you commit suicide so you won't be lonely and you could see them in heaven? Or would you be sad over it for a long time, and forget about it when you find a new lover?
And that someone is mostly directed towards the person you really love...as a lover. Or a crush...
And yes, I'm talking about IRL person. No online please...

Do you guys want me to share what I think? I would answer if this topic does get a few replies.

And yes its a serious question, I was just inspired, partly due to something IRL, and partly because I also saw the same problem in a game.

Being the incredibly emotionally unstable person I am, I'd kill myself.

People I've really cared about have died in the past. I didn't kill myself over it then, and I wouldn't do it now. I value my own life, and I also don't have a very strong belief in an afterlife, so even if I did kill myself I don't think I'd see them again.
I'm sure I'd cry about it for a while, but then I'd be over it.

I would live Im not going to end my game just beacuse they died.(Even if its my mum or dad. I might cry for days and have that hole in my heart but I will carry on living cause sooner or later I will get over it )

I've already found people I've said I'd die for. I just get too attached to one particular thing...and I could never let it go. After struggling with grief for months or years, I'd either cause my own death, go in coincidences where I'd most likely die, or injure myself to the point where I wouldn't be able to get out of a chair or bed for the rest of my life.

That's just the way I am, and there's no way I can change it.

Though yoshi doesn't really have a 'lover' as you say, so he can't be too sure, chances are, he wouldn't end his own life, for two reasons.

1. Yoshi takes medication that makes him happy. Thus, he'd be sad, but it wouldn't cross yoshi's mind much, and if it did, yoshi would immediately go 'nah'.

2. Yoshi is too afraid to end his own life.... He was emo in second and third grade, (Well, not emo emo, since yoshi was so young) but he was too scared to do so.
