Ok, look. get a DS Lite. They're great, less expensive than the 360, and they have a LOT more fun games. They're hand-held, to take on the road, and you can tap in to Wi-Fi, meaning you don't have to pay for Xbox Live. |

Yet another reason not to get a 360. It could just suddenly die on you, leaving you 360-less for a few weeks. |

I'm kind of on the fence about the PS3/360 myself, so I can't really choose between the two. They both have things I want, I just need to decide which I want more.
The DS is a great choice, though. Portable, lots of good games, portable, free WiFi, portable... portable. |

Yeah, if you dont have a DS yet, get one. I have yet to even touch a PS3, so I cant really give you my opinion about that, except that you wont lose out if you buy a 360. |

Despite the 360 being ahead by 1 vote, lemme say this:
Every one of my friends with a 360 has gotten the red ring o' death. My one friend even got a more recent one, just a few months ago, and it still had the problem.
I'm waiting until the issue is 100% resolved before I even think about buying one. |

I might go for DS, since EVERYONE I know has one both online and IRL. :p Then again if the 360's Red Ring o' death issue is fixed soon, I might go for that instead... |
