I am trying to use a banner for my shop that is 200 pixels long, 40 pixels high, and it says that my settings are successfully changed, but my shop still doesn't have a banner. What's up? |

Hmm... That's odd, because it didn't work as a .png, but it worked for .gif... |

Mine is a .jpg? That's odd, because I told Fireworks to save it as a .gif. |

Type .jpg for an image file, .jpeg again, and they BOTH still are the same kind of format, just one letter off...
