Knife upgrade:Lighter tripmine The Spy places a cigarette lighter on a surface. Anyone who passes by the lighter will suffer the damage of one Demoman Sticky. The drawback is that it can be set off early from a distance using a shotgun/pistol. The critical hit will do the damage of a normal sticky, but it will also cause the target to catch fire(Unless they're a Pyro)
Disguise Kit upgrade:Cigar Kit An advanced disguise kit that has an added feature to fool enemies. You can taunt and switch weapons succesfully(Your Melee weapon, primary and secondary weapons), but you bleed when you take damage, and teleporter trails show, making it easier to expose you.
Sapper Upgrade:Hacking unit. You place it on a sentry, and it is reprogrammed after about ten seconds to fire at the enemy. The drawback is that it takes only one wrench swing to get it off, and the Sentry will still fire at you and your teammates while it's been bugged.
Revolver upgrade:Tranq Pistol This is more silent than the Revolver, and slows down enemies upon impact, leaving them to be knifed easier. The drawback is it does less damage, and crits less often. |

The knife upgrade certainly isn't an upgrade at all. Tripmines are a good idea, but not if it gets rid of your ability to kill people effectively. Same with the cigar kit. People will stop taunting or switching weapons to tell people they're not spies, and just shoot people instead, INSTANTLY uncovering a spy no matter what class you are. The hacking unit's pretty overpowered too. If the Egineer is keeping a close eye on his sentry and you place one on it, BAM, the engie's dead and you can cloak and run off until the hacking unit stops working. The tranq pistol is cool, but I'm pretty sure that was in TFC. |

I said anyone can post their weapon ideas in this topic. Oh well.
As the Spy being my favorite class, let me post my idea:
Knife upgrade: Strangler thingy You get behind someone, strangle there necks and they will be quickly losing health as they are getting strangled.
Revovler: Tranquilzer
Shoot someone and they will be tranquilzed.
Sapper: Sapper You sap a sentry, it will not destroy it but it will bug it and it takes like 5 engie swipes to take it off.
Other features:
The spy should be able to not be able to bump into people when he crouches, and he can switch all his weapons. You can also type in the console and it will come out BLU (if your a red spy).
I also hope they give you the feature of playing dead again. That was just awesome. |

I couldn't think of a suitable knife upgrade. The hacking process takes ten seconds to finish. In that time, it's still working like it should. And I got the tranq pistol idea from TFC |

I like my idea for an advanced disguise kit. My idea is to be able to shoot fake bullets. They wont hurt anyone but it looks like your firing. The drawback is the first time your hit its a crit. |

A crit becomes a crit when it leaves your gun, not when it hits someone. That wouldn't work, especially with the flamethrower or minigun or anything else that fires crit strings. |

What about the Axetinguisher it doesnt become a crit till it hits |

What about the Axetinguisher it doesnt become a crit till it hits |
The Axtinguisher does crit if it isn't hitting anything,it's just famous for doing all criticals on burnign opponents. You hear an electric sound as the Pyro swings it straight downward. |
