Well, the background looks great, but the foreground looks out-of-place due to its art style.
Perhaps making the background more 'pastel-y' or making it more blocky than smoother gradient-y may fix this.
EDIT: This is a quick, 5-minute edit of what I mean, but I'm sure you can make something much better than this.
