And as for an RP forum JUST for canon characters, I don't support at all. A lot of great RP has come from the interaction between OCs and canons.
I still don't think there's anything wrong with the current setup. But that could just be me. .-. |
But you're an Avid RPOT visitor. The main issue with RPOT is that it's impenetrable. I left for a week, AND WHEN I GOT BACK, I HAD TO QUIT RPOT BECAUSE I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON. If I've had any effect on RPOT within the past 3 months, it's because Msdevin remembered to use that sword. (>_>) | You act like there's actually a consistent canon in RPOT. There isn't. |
There's enough of one. |

There's enough of one. | Not really... Besides, if you get confused, all you have to do is ask what's going on. |

So far the only opposing the change are the same cavalcade of RPOT regulars. |

Don't really know where the arguement has headed now, but I still want a place for real role-playing. Quality role-playing that only allows 100% original characters, with a strict character acceptance policy. I want a place where originality and creativity are key- a place where quality literature and writing can arise from RPing, instead of the same tired conflicts over and over again. A place where posts consist of two or more paragraphs. Like other sites with RP forums.
RPOT is Role-Playing lite. It nor RP are true RPing forums, and my suggestion would fix the problem. You have a flexible, low-quality RP forum, and a strict, high-quality forum. |
