The group from Castle Oress would find themselves standing just a short walk away from the Mansion's entrance...home to Umbra Tear and anyone who really felt like joining her.
The mysterious hacker {who had recently hacked into Bunny's computer, gave out missions to the residents of the the Castle, and threatened Cora and Bunny's lives} had given their first transmission to Mahoro.

Black drew his staff and began to survey the perimeter of the mansion.
"I don't see any guards... but I'm getting two presences that I am definantly NOT liking."
The two presences in question were the Lich Lord and Shiro Tagachi, both of whom had signed up on Umbra's side. Shiro was sitting in his room, working to create more Shiro'ken construct bodies, while the Lich Lord was simply reading through the books he could understand in Umbra's library. |

Umbra was in the main room as she usually was, bored to death, watching the YTP Channel {Umbra's TV was stuck in an eerily similar situation as the one in Castle Oress}.
Her assistant, Ara Eselle, was feverishly making more strawberry-themed meals to please Aita...and Umbra, as well. Of course Umbra likes strawberries! |

Black remained hidden from view in front of the mansion, Fyel in one hand and his staff in the other should he be needed.
Meanwhile, Shiro burst from his room, swearing loudly in Canthan. Apparently, he had screwed up the construct, xcausing it to explode in his face. Shiro trudged down the hallway into the kitcken, dejectedly looking for something to drink.
Ugh... does every bit of food in this mansion revolve around strawberries? |
