Well, even though it isn't bad since he DID post as a response, I think that if he did say at least something, or maybe even quoted the first post that it would have been better. However, I don't think he should get a strike. A warning at most. >.> |

In this situation, the topic was basically a non-anonymous poll. Since it is not possible to have a real non-anonymous poll on the forums (yet), then the only other option is to have people post their votes as a reply, which is what Popple did... with a smiley.
