Maybe if the title was: ITT: Speak Upside Down or something, it wouldn't be. But, as far as I can tell, it wasn't, so I don't know. |

Actually, the title WAS english. I have no idea why it coded like that. It was locked before I could change it
Plus, just putting this out there, isn't Off-topic, like, only FOR spam? I mean, it has no topic to begin with, so what would technically be concidered spam there in the first place?
I honestly dont care though, I've been to jail twice all on things that I disagree on... it's not like I "try" to get jailed, I dont "want" to get jailed, and I don't think I can get away with something unnoticed. Things I get punished from are always ridiculous little things, and I usually just deal with it and keep livin...

That's what I was going to say. He was trying to make a topic about upside-down text, but it doesn't work in the title so it looked like spam. |

the title text gets encoded so that any strange symbols don't actually appear. Some of those upside down letters are "strange", so at first glance it would appear to be spam.
