People die from LSD every day. Are you kidding? Some of them go on trips and never come back- a "blackout". Which means their personality is gone forever and they're stuck as a hollow shell of a person. It's a terrible thing to witness.
Or, they think they can fly or something and end up pancaked on the concrete. Most deaths caused by LSD are from accidents caused by tripping.

acid casualties are not actual deaths the actual drug does not kill you but stepping in front of traffic while tripping will

The drug is still the cause of death, as no normal person would do that.
I never thought I'd say that, but Tyler is absolutely effing right, and he appears to be one of the few sane here - people, would we have forbidden drugs in the first place if there was any ethically acceptable way to legalize them ?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: No, *crag*, and lots of people die from them every day, be it overdose or jumping whilst stoned, so even thinking about making that legal is akin to thinking that nukes should be stored in kindergartens, with all the launching buttons big, red and SHINY.
