Moi's the only mod we have left, pretty much. None of the others are very active at all, and Plastic's on vacation. Also, according to him, we need him to come back AND get some new mods. Do I have some agreement here? |

Mods have to strike. The case is taken to court if the striked person chooses not guilty. It's not automatic. |

some of the court cases are so silly I was certain that it was members who reported those posts...
in that case more mods would probably mean even more silly strikes so double not supported |

"Silly strikes" can be argued. That's what court's for. If the defendant is found not guilty, then he/she is free to go. |

exactly but its been ages since a case was found guilty which would imply that true rule breaking is very rare here
if that is the case than it is only natural to include that more moderation isn't neccessary
then again I don't know how many people plead guilty....
