Would It be a Good Idea? To Ban Engineers From Using Their Cell Phones?

I have never ridden a train, but after seeing the recent... accident... I'm beginning to think it would be a good idea...

He shouldn't have been texting in the first place. When you're driving a train, you need to pay full attention to the track and not your cell phone.
