O_O Are. They. Serious??? An entirely new thing for Portal, that's more than a mappack? I. Want. Now. *reads over FAQs* Okay, computer requirements good... Graphics are DX9 software, DX8 hardware... 1 GB hard drive space for installation... Lotsa CPU power... 1 GB of RAM? Ouch. But I have that... Need at least Portal installed. Duh. Well, looks like I can get this new game. But I wonder how pissed off Valve is that someone released a prequel to Portal before they did... PORTAL PRELUDE CONTAINS EPIC WIN And hopefully no psychopathic computer system... |

Why are they using music from the Matrix (or was this song specifically from The Animatrix)?
Looks much tougher in certain areas, but is crazy-awesome all the same.
Can't wait! ^-^ |

ROFL! And, uh, just letting you know... If you use tags inside of
tags, it pretty much negates the effect. For a
tag to be effective, it requires the text to be AKA black. (I have no idea how many tags I just broke by not having their [/whatever] endtag conterparts )
And based on the video, it looks like a few of the BTS areas were sporked from broken areas in the original Portal. Which makes sense, because when Aperture was run by humans, they probably bothered to fix broken areas. Unlike GLaDOS... Hey, I wonder if we get to see what the "original" Testchamber 16 was? Because GLaDOS said that the normal testchamber for this test (Testchamber 16) was "undergoing mandatory repairs, and has been replaced with a live-fire course designed for military androids". Surely the humans that ran Aperture in the pre-GLaDOS era weren't as whacked out as the computer that *forcibly* replaced them... Good grief, that is a lot of Turrets. Maybe GLaDOS dumbed down her version of the Enrichment Center so that the test participant was almost guaranteed to make it? (Assuming that the GLaDOS-wanted-the-test-subject-to-destroy-her-so-she-would-be-free theory is correct.) |

That'd be the point. It's supposed to look good. |
