Every time I use an item, it deals "0 hp" even 99 hp items? what the hell? I've burned alot of coins.

Notice that the member has a subtitle of "Vampire." You can't kill Vampires easily. You can devampirize them by using a Cupid-Arrow or kill them with a Silver Arrow.
