Not necessarily more mods (Of course, I'm not against the idea of a new mod or two. In fact, we really need another one, but that's not the only thing this thread is about.)
What I mean is stuff like a Graphics team, or events coordinators (Sort of how you gave Orchid the position of YCotW Contest Manager.) Stuff like that. Maybe a news team or RP Council, as well. These guys will be given special, limited powers pertaining to their fields- if they're part of the gaming news team, for instance, they have the power to post articles and reviews on the front page.
And the game reviews and articles will be archived on the main site.
For reference, you could put a "staff" link at the top of the site (Alongside Memberlist), to show the site-owner (Francis) as well as the mods and events coordinators n' stuff. |

I like the idea and I support it for this place needs some staff members.
Also I doubt I would make the cut for any position if some members are made into staff members. |

Sounds to me like this is "specialied mods"
... But, it may help 'cuz then we'll have people focusing in on different parts of the forum.
