Two group-related things in one;

First off, there really should be a rule against creating groups that have the sole purpose of cluttering the Groups list (see Ultimario's collection of single-letter groups) and these groups should be deleted.

Second, group leaders should have the power to disband their group. A couple examples of how this would be handy are as follows:

-Somebody creates a group for something, not knowing a group for the same thing already exists.(Lord Crump and M'aiq both created World of Warcraft groups at nearly the same time. LC said he would have disbanded his if not for the lack of a disband button.)

-Someone creates the same group twice, possibly on accident.(King Harkinian has two "Dumbledore's Army; Digi Chaper" groups)

-The group you created isn't catching on as well as you had hoped, and now gathers dust in the 0-3 area of the list. You figure it would be better to get rid of it.

-The group is totally dead. No activity, no new members, and no purpose left at all.

Of course, when a group is deleted, it should send out a PM to it's members telling them that it is gone.

I like the idea for if ether one of the groups I made had not worked out I would have deleted them if it was possible.

And there is a chance I may make a group that might not work out, so I support this idea.

Mods need power in the removal of groups. Like, maybe a group approval process will have to take place.
