A placebo effect, is, in simple words when your mind fakes you out.
A good example, Isif you can't sleep very well, So your dad gives you a vitamin, telling you it's a sleeping aid. You 100% think it's a sleeping aid, although it's only a vitamin. However, you still start to feel more sleepy than ever. Or if you have a day of school where theres lots of work, you start to feel sick when you wake up for that day. That kind of stuff.

Here's what I'll do. I'llget a small glass of normal, plain, unchanged water. I'll use food coloring to make it a pretty dark green or brown color. This will not in anyway change anything but the color. I will put it in the fridge, to make it nice and cold, then giving it to a famliy member.

What do ya think will happen? Try it yourself.
