So, I was just goin' about my buisiness, y'know doing shit on the web, and then all of a sudden I get this message (On my toolbar at the bottom of my screen.) that says:
"You have a security problem!"
And I was all like "ok wtf how." So, I clicked it, expecting to be taken to a program to fix my so-called "problem", only to find out that it lead me to another site with an anti-virus. I left that and decided to scan, since clicking the little button at the bottom didn't work (Which came back, btw.)
So, after scanning, restarting, completely shutting down the computer (In which I ate dinner while it was off.), and scanning again after disconnecting from the internet(Both scans turned up nothing.), I'm still stuck with these damn random pop-ups and shit telling me I have a security problem.
WHEN THE DAMN THING TELLING ME I HAVE A PROBLEM IS THE PROBLEM.
So, any idea as to what to do? |

Yeah. Just now. Only IE is running. And I have no clue which of the processes are needed and which are not. |

Update your virus software or try getting a second one, some viruses are made to avoid detection from certain antivirus programs |

Well, I have plenty of choices, because this "virus" links me to other anti-viruses.
Which are either actual anti-viruses and my computer is being serious here, or they're more *crag* viruses. |

If I'm right, it's one of those virus-pop ups that actually give you a virus, rather than actually helping.
That's all I know, though~ |
