Yup, it's a dragon team. Well, here goes:
Dragonair (to avoid x4 ice attacks)
Fire Blast
Dragon Rush
Aqua Tail
Thunder Wave
Kingdra
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Rain Dance
Dragon Pulse
Salamence
Crunch
Flamethrower
Fly
Dragonbreath (paralysis)
Garchomp
Dragon Rush
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Brick Break
Flygon
U-turn
Toxic
Solarbeam
Giga Drain
Dragonite
Outrage
Thunderbolt
Stone Edge
Wing Attack (mebbe?)
Not so sure about the movesets, though. Kingdra is perfect, but I can't decide on the others. Any requests? |

Well, if this is going competitive, then no.
DT is banned in competitive play.
But yeah, stuff like that. Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, etc. are must-haves |

My Articuno can take your team out most likely. It's good for a Dragon team, but Flygon and Garchomp have a 4X weakness to ice. Not good. |

There aren't enough anti-ice dragon pokemon. At all. So it's basically unavoidable. |
